My “This Week” goal was for five days I will drink 5 bottles of water a day. I will drink one bottle in the morning, one before and after my work out, one with lunch, and one an hour or two before I go to bed. So here are the results, I complete 4 out of 5 days this week. So I received a letter grade B. This wasn’t a hard goal to keep. There were days I didn’t keep track of how many bottles of water I consumed and for that reason is why I gave myself a B.
